BRASS SINGING BOWLS
The singing bowl, otherwise known as a “standing bell”, is an ancient Tibetan meditation tool, often used in Buddhism to accompany mudras, hymns and prayers. They are believed to have originated in the Himalayas as far back as 18,000 years ago. The bowl has a round crucible shape. The components are the source of multi-phonic overtones produced by the bowls creating the special singing sound. These pure sonic waves produced by the singing bowls awaken our consciousness and can be both stimulating & calming to the entire body.
