Executive Personal Assistant, Florida, Aventura

Karma and Luck seeking a part-time Executive Personal Assistant to support our CEO. The role will combine high-level administrative support and prior management skills, graphic skills using photoshop, online marketing analytics, and social media skills. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional with strong communication skills, heavy schedule management experience. Must be an excellent multitasker with great customer service skills who works diligently under pressure. The candidate will be flexible with hours and will be available after standard office hours as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and maintain appointment schedules and calendar. Proactively take responsibility for calendar management utilizing good judgment and initiative.
  • Provide personal support as needed, manage schedules to coincide with personal agendas and deliverables.
  • Work on a variety of special projects as needed with multi-tasking as necessary. Ability to take initiative, use good judgment, understand deadlines, and carry multiple projects through to completion with an ability to work independently under general direction, prioritize work and ask for further clarification when necessary.
  • Work with staff and company leadership team as well as area management to make certain their needs are addressed in a timely, professional manner.
  • Provides complex screening, fielding, prioritizing of inbound communications via telephone, mail, and e-mail to resolve critical issues in a timely manner.

  • Prepare and schedule activities such as travel arrangements, internal and external business meetings, client or third-party appointments, conferences, and general office events.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience providing high-level administrative support to both C-Suite and Executive Level
  • At minimum 3-5 years of experience as an administrative assistant
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Prior management experience preferred
  • BA/BS preferred but not required
  • Poised, polished and highly responsive with a 24/7 mentality
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Strong business acumen and ability to handle confidential information
  • Strong experience with Google enterprise products (G-suite, Gmail, Calendar, Google Docs) as well as a passion for utilizing technology to increase efficiency
  • Experience with graphic design using Photoshop.

General Responsibilities:

  • Manage all online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion, and a/b testing and reporting
  • Develop and implement an E-commerce strategy in order to improve website performance
  • Manage developers on a daily basis
  • Oversee web site visual merchandizing
  • Work with the marketing team or manage digital marketers in order to improve quality and traffic acquisition

Requirements:

  • A degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience with Shopify/Shopify Plus
  • Experience within digital marketing is a plus.
  • You possess a solid understanding of e-commerce frameworks.
  • You have a high level of attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.

Karma and Luck are seeking an experienced Webmaster to add to our eCommerce team. A webmaster is a primary contact for all aspects of an organization's website, handling a range of responsibilities including web design and development, routine site maintenance, and various updates so that sites align with the goals and objectives of the organization. This is a fast-paced position with both scheduled/calendared tasks as well as daily needs. This position is fully remote, and we are seeking an individual who can work independently as well as part of a global team.

Job responsibilities include:

  • The primary contact for all aspects of the organization's website.
  • Develops and maintains Internet and intranet portals, forms, and structures to meet the needs of the organization. Collaborates closely with developers, visual merchandise, head of products, copywriters, Organic Growth department, Database Manager, PR manager, HR manager, Operations Director, and other invested leadership staff.
  • Develops, implements, and maintains e-commerce applications in conjunction with retail operations, sales, marketing, and other departments.
  • Fosters consistent, creative, and unified web design across the organization's web properties.
  • Collects and analyzes web analytics and similar data; identifies ways to improve SEO, time on site, web traffic, and CTR.

Candidate must have:
