We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept items for exchange, refund or merchandise credit within 14 days provided it is accompanied by a sales receipt. If returned between 15 and 30 days, an exchange or merchandise credit will be granted. All refunds will be issued through the original form of payment except cash purchases, which will be refunded by company check. All returns must be unaltered, unworn and in re-saleable condition. Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and tags. Please note used merchandise will not be accepted for refund or exchange unless defective. Some exclusions may also apply.
On the packing slip enclosed with your order, please note the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange the item(s) or receive a credit/refund (depending on the original form of payment). Enclose the return section of the packing slip with your item(s). Please use the return label provided to ensure proper return address and credit information and ship the item prepaid and insured to: 3720 W Oquendo Rd, Suite 101, Las Vegas NV 89118. Please be patient and allow us process your returns in about 2-3 weeks.
Any merchandise purchased in a store should be returned to the store where it was purchased. All fragrance and cosmetics returns must remain unused, unopened, and in original packaging for a credit/refund or exchange to be issued. Restricted items must be returned using ground transportation.
Purchase price will be credited. Prices are however subject to change. We offer a one-time (single order) refund or adjustment for items purchased within 10 days of a price adjustment. This includes permanent Sale items and excludes temporary special promotion items. For questions and adjustments, please email email@example.com . We work hard to ensure the accuracy of pricing, but despite our best efforts, pricing errors are inevitable.
- If an item’s correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge you the lower amount when your order is shipped.
- If an item’s correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, contact you for further instructions before shipping. If we are unable to contact you after 15 days we will cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Credit Cards – The total dollar amount of your order is allocated at the time your card is approved, although payment (transfer of funds) does not occur until the order ships. If the amount charged exceeds your credit limit, your order will be automatically canceled.
Debit Cards – Payment is deducted from your account at the time your card is approved. A receipt is included and accompanies each order.
Gift Card Terms and Conditions – The Karma And Luck gift card is available at Karma And Luck boutiques in any amount from $100 to $10,000. Gift Cards are available for purchase online in pre-set denominations. Gift cards may be redeemed only at Karma And Luck boutiques or online for purchases within the U.S. Not redeemable at Americana Manhasset, department stores, or specialty stores. Not redeemable for cash or credit except where required by law. For questions, card balance, or to locate a Karma And Luck boutique, . Karma And Luck is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
Sales tax will not be applied when you purchase a gift card. If merchandise items are included in your order, tax will only apply to merchandise items.
Gift cards will be shipped via FedEx and will require a signature upon delivery.
Sales tax is automatically applied to your Karma And Luck order in accordance with individual state codes and regulations. If your shipping address is in one of the following states – AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, HI, IL, LA, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, NJ, NV, NY, PA, TN, TX, VA, WA, or the District of Columbia.

Order Status & History
Order Updates: We will send updates regarding the status of your order, including when your item(s) ship*, to the email address you provided when ordering. *Excluding items shipped from vendor.
Only registered customers are allowed access to web order status and history. Non-registered customers are denied online access to order status and history. You may however request information via email or online chat. Please provide the order confirmation number displayed after placing your order so we can respond quickly and attend to your concerns accurately.
You may cancel any Karma And Luck order as long as the order status is “in process.” If order status has changed to “shipped,” it can no longer be cancelled.
REGISTERED CUSTOMERS: You may cancel your web order online by logging into your account, then select “View Web Order History,” click on the desired order number, and then select CANCEL next to the item(s) you wish to cancel.
