Return Eligibility
All orders (except sale items, earrings, and engraved collections) may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery with proof of purchase.
- Sale items are non-refundable.
- Earrings and engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Scents (including sage sticks, candles, and soaps) cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used.
- After an exchange has been completed, the item is no longer eligible for a refund.
Returns for Refund
Returns for refunds must be submitted for approval via email at info@karmaandluck.com prior to returning any item.
Once approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
A return shipping fee starting at $6.99 will apply and will be deducted from your total refund amount. This fee may vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of the return.
Returns must be shipped using the label provided by Karma and Luck. We are unable to accept returns sent using a customer-provided shipping label, as this may result in delays or the return not being processed.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges & Store Credit (Redo)
Exchanges, store credit, and related services are processed through Redo when selected at checkout.
The services provided by Redo (including exchanges, credits, and return services) are non-refundable.
Due to limited inventory, we cannot guarantee item availability for exchanges. If your selected item is out of stock, you will have the option to choose a different item.
Defective or Damaged Items
Replacements are offered for defective items reported within 30 days of delivery.
Please note:
- Damage caused by normal wear does not qualify.
- Return labels will be provided for damaged or defective items within the policy timeframe.
For items priced at $49 or more, reported defective within 1 year with proof of purchase, customers may qualify for a one-time 50% off promo code for the same item.
Return Instructions (Approved Returns Only)
- Securely pack your item(s) in the original packaging.
- Include your order number and reason for return.
- Ship the item using the provided label within 3 business days of approval.
International Returns
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Exchanges may be subject to additional shipping fees.
- Replacement items (for defects) will be shipped at no cost.
Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled within 5 hours of placement for a full refund.
- Pre-orders may be canceled at any time prior to processing.
Promotions & Gifts
- Only one promo code may be used per order.
- Promotions apply only within their specified timeframe.
- Online and in-store promotions may differ.
- If a return is requested, any promotional gift must also be returned or its value may be deducted from the refund.

- Shop Promise (Shop Pay) delivery guarantees are managed by Shop Pay. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
