It was delivered when expected, came in a nice presentation box. I’ve worn it since receiving it, and have had several compliments on it. The only issue is it’s a little small for a guys wrist that works out quite a bit. I ordered three other bracelets at the same for my fiancé and all four bracelets were the same size. You should keep your standard size and one size a little larger. But overall, we are very pleased with our purchase and experience with your company
