European Union (EU) Right of Withdrawal
If your order was delivered to a country within the European Union (EU), you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason. This right also applies from the moment of purchase, meaning you may withdraw before your order arrives.
How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To start a withdrawal, please submit a request through our dedicated portal: here.
Withdrawal requests submitted within the 14-day window are automatically approved. You will receive an email confirming your request, along with instructions for returning the product.
What's Refunded
Your refund will include:
- The price of the item(s).
- Any duties and taxes collected at checkout (for DDP orders).
- The original standard outbound shipping fee.
The refund is issued to your original method of payment within 14 days of your withdrawal request, provided the product is returned within the 14-day return window.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping under the Right of Withdrawal. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of shipment until the return has been processed.
Return Condition
Products should be returned in their original condition and packaging, with all accessories and documentation. You are free to handle and inspect the product as you would in a physical store — to assess its nature, characteristics, and functionality.
However, if the product shows a diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for this inspection, the refund may be reduced accordingly, as permitted by applicable law.
No restocking fees or return handling fees will be charged on a withdrawal.
Exclusions
The Right of Withdrawal does not apply to:
- Hygiene goods that have been unsealed after delivery.
- Customized or personalized items made to your specifications.
- Digital content where you have given explicit prior consent to the supply beginning and acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal at checkout.
Items marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable" remain eligible for the Right of Withdrawal within the EU.
