REFUND AND EXCHANGEAll orders can be returned/exchanged for a full refund within 30 days, with proof of purchase. Please note that after an exchange is made, the item(s) do not qualify for refunds.
Defective items purchased within 1 year with proof of purchase may request a special promo code for 50% off the same item.
If the item you ordered is damaged/faulty or if you received an incorrect item or missing an item, contact our Customer Service Representative email@example.com.
You’ll receive a refund or replacement once we receive the item back if the item is in stock.
Please allow up to 7 days for refunds and exchanges to be processed.
Processing a return with a company provided label
Return labels will be provided only for damaged or defective products within the policy time.
Securely pack your item(s) in your original box or another box. Ensure labels are removed if you use the original box.
Return reasons are as follows:
- Size issue
- Damaged / Defective
- Color faded / Discolored
- Damaged in transit
- Put the “RETURN DETAIL” into the box before sealing it
- Seal the package
Returns without label
You may use your own shipping method. We highly recommend using a shipper who provides a tracking number so you can track your shipment. Please be sure to retain this tracking number for your records. Karma and Luck is not responsible for packages lost in transit if sent via a non-trackable carrier.

International orders returns
Returns policies for orders shipped internationally and returns from military addresses outside of the United States, the customer will be responsible for any costs associated with return shipping.
If you have placed an order within 5 hours you may request a cancelation for a full refund.
Pre-orders can be canceled at any time (if they are not processed) for a full refund.
Special sales and promo codes
You can only use one promo code per order. Special sales are set within a specific timeframe and will only apply to orders placed in that timeframe/schedule.
