Minimum Order Size
To qualify for our corporate gifting program, a minimum quantity of 30 per SKU is required. This ensures we can provide the necessary handling, and service that aligns with our brand standards.
Eligibility
Corporate gifting orders are available to: Corporations and organizations seeking client, employee, or event gifting. Licensed professionals representing a company or brand. Gifting agencies and concierge services acting on behalf of a business. We reserve the right to request documentation to confirm business affiliation or intended use.
Distribution
All corporate gifting orders must be shipped directly to a single business address or central fulfillment location. For large-scale or high-volume orders requiring distribution support, please contact our team to discuss logistics and fulfillment options at b2b@karmaandluck.com.
Shipping
Domestic orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as FedEx or UPS with standard or expedited options available. Shipping timelines will vary based on product availability, customization requests, and delivery location. We recommend placing your order at least 8-10 weeks in advance of your desired delivery date. Shipping costs will be calculated and added to the final invoice. Karma and Luck is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs clearance processes.
Payment Methods
All corporate gifting orders must be paid in full prior to fulfillment. We accept the following payment methods for U.S. orders: Credit Card, ACH Transfer, or Bank Wire Transfer. International orders: Bank Wire Transfer only. Payment instructions will be provided upon invoice issuance. Please note that orders will not be processed until payment is received and confirmed.
