SHIPPING

All regular orders are processed within 1 - 2 business days. Please allow 1 - 3 weeks for pre-order items to be processed and ready for shipping.

RETURNS

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase with receipt.

1. Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a free prepaid shipping label via email (if applicable).
2. Please allow 1-2 business days for your return to be authorized. Once approved, you will receive a pre-paid return shipping label delivered to your email address associated with the return
3. Please allow 1-3 business days to process your item upon arrival at our facility. For credit card refunds, please allow 10-15 days for the refund to be reflected on your account, excluding any shipping fees from your original order.

*Sale items do not qualify for returns.
