Ordered this bracelet for my wife for Christmas. Unit arrived in very nice packaging and my wife loved it, however it was very fragile and it broke while we were on a cruise 2 months later. I emailed karma from the ship and sent the, pictures of the broken bracelet. To there credit they immediately sent us a new one at no additional cost
