  2. Measure straight across the inside of the band, from inner edge to inner edge, in millimeters — this is the internal diameter. 

  3. Match your measurement to the chart above to find your size. 

  4. For the most accurate result, measure a ring worn on the same finger, since fit varies from finger to finger.
