This ankle is super cute, not to mention the grounding abilities. Was worried that with sneakers/tennis shoes that it would rub and break. It didn't it adjust to it, which it great. I don't take it off unless to bathe and keep it with me on my left foot. For all the energy that comes in to be good and pure while it goes through me. That's my belief.
